The colour, Red

I just don't get it, really.

Since the beginning of fasting, I have come across blogs, twitters and facebook status which, for me, reads "SUMPAH-ORANG-LUAR-TAK-PERLU-TAU".

Us girls have this privilege (some regard it as privilege, me, I call it troublesome because I have to bayar balik!) to skip their fast during the Ramadan month.

And all that I have been seeing mostly, "Red riding hood came by, miss red came, my menses came, I am in the red light district, etc"

Don't you think it is inappropriate to be telling the whole of the World Wide Web that you are not fasting because your menses came?

Maybe to some, "It's women's nature what! Common knowledge what!"

For me, "Sumpah tak tau malu what! Bilang satu dunia kau tak puasa!"
